The practice operates a repeat prescription service for those patients who have been put on repeat medication by their GP, or by a hospital doctor. You are able to order your repeat prescription by the following methods:

• Online by filling out our Repeat Prescriptions Form
• Online via Patient Access
• By filling out a form available at reception
• By using the NHS App

Collecting your prescription

We aim to deliver the majority of prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice electronically. Please ensure you inform us which pharmacy you would like to use.

If you would like your prescription posted to a home address, please do not forget to supply us with a stamped addressed envelope and let the reception team know who will make a note on your file.

Medication reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a clinician at least once a year to review these regular medications, and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
